Thank you for joining me and fellow military wives as we support and uplift one another on this journey.

When I was a young wife, I had no idea how valuable mentorship could be—having someone who’s walked the path to help guide me through the “controlled chaos” of military life. I spent years juggling day-to-day demands, putting my own dreams and goals on the back burner to support my husband’s service and career.

Frank loved our family deeply, but like many military men, he was highly trained to be mission-focused. And too often, I felt like I came second to that mission—like I was just along for the ride.

That’s why I’m here now—to support you and welcome you into the Warrior Wives community. You don’t have to navigate this alone. You belong here. You matter.
